Jackson Siblings Barred From Katherine Jackson's House
TMZ reports new details about the physical altercation that occured between unnamed family members on Monday evening.
Apparently, slaps were exchanged between MJ's daughter Paris Jackson and her aunt Janet Jackson, who called the 14-year-old a "spoiled little bitch," and Joe Jackson's nephew Trent Jackson attempted to defend the kids against an "aggressive" Randy and Jermaine Jackson by putting Randy in a headlock and punching Jermaine in the mouth. Trent is the one who filed the missing person's report on Saturday after Paris claimed she hadn't heard from her 82-year-old grandmother Katherine in over a week.
Meanwhile, an attorney for Michael Jackson's children, Margaret Lodise, is attempting to get Tito Jackson's son T.J. Jackson temporary guardianship over the three children. It's being reported that the children are in favor of the arrangement and are very close with T.J.
Monday night, following the incident at Katherine Jackson's Calabasas, California home, T.J. tweeted to Paris, "I know it's completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you."
Security for the Jackson kids has also been beefed up, RadarOnline.com reports.

The ever-present eye of TMZ has obtained a photo of Janet Jackson and Jermaine Jackson at Katherine Jackson's home on Monday, looking to be engaged in a heated argument. The photo was allegedly taken around the same time sheriffs were called to the Calabasas, California, home and took a report of physical abuse between two unnamed family members.
The sheriff's department won't say if the altercation they responded to was between Janet and her brother Jermaine. However, RadarOnline.com reports that the siblings, along with brother Randy Jackson, have been barred from their 82-year-old mother's home after they attempted to forcibly remove Michael Jackson's children from the home.
The situation is the latest episode in the family dispute over Katherine Jackson's whereabouts and, allegedly, the execution of Michael Jackson's will. "It was just total chaos when Jermaine, Randy and Janet descended on the house," a source tells Radar.
"Randy was telling Prince Michael he
had to leave with them and that he had a private jet chartered to take
them all to Arizona to see Katherine. Prince firmly held his ground and
told Randy he wasn't going anywhere with them," the source continued.
"The security detail prevented the three of them from taking the kids out of state. The cops had to be called and Janet kept saying [the siblings] had a legal right to be at the house when in fact they don't. The rental house is in the name of Michael Jackson's estate, so they were told to leave immediately. For the time being, they won't be allowed to come back to the rental house and guards at the security gate have been told under no circumstances are they to allow them in."
Taking the drama the hardest seems to be
Michael Jackson's eldest daughter, Paris Jackson. Earlier in the day,
Paris tweeted, "8 days and counting . something is really off , this
isn’t like her at all .. i wanna talk directly to my
grandmother!!<|3"
Radar's source tells the site, "Paris was absolutely hysterical and kept telling her uncles to just bring her grandmother home.""Michael's children are being cared for by their nanny and legal options are being explored about ensuring their safety. The children are very, very smart and they are surrounded by excellent bodyguards that won't allow anything unsavory to happen to them. The kids just want their grandmother back, and want the family drama to end. Now that Paris and Prince are old enough, they understand why Michael didn't have much of a relationship with anyone in the family except for Katherine," the source says.
Regarding the legal options, the Jackson children met with their court-appointed attorney Margaret Lodise on Monday evening, immediately following the altercation at the house. Lodise will reportedly go to court on Tuesday to address concerns about the children's well-being and safety.
